As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the manufacturing process assigned to your team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. The general day-to-day:

• Plan and coordinate team schedules to meet company needs
• Monitor production process and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Supervise and train team, providing guidance and support
• Adhere to established safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Report production issues and suggest corrective actions You should have:
• Proven experience as a leader or similar role in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with warehouse management
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to excellence through punctuality, attendance and performance We work 12 hour shifts
• day or night.

Days of the week will rotate but your hours (AM or PM) stay the same! Overtime eligible We offer competitive above-average compensation based on experience, including medical, dental and vision benefits
