Assistant Director/Enrollment Calvary Young Children’s School 3701 Hillsboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37215 Job Description-Assistant Director Calvary Young Children’s School in the Green Hills area of Nashville is seeking an Assistant Director who is passionate about working with young children. CYCS is a DHS licensed, quality preschool program that serves children 6 weeks to five years. We provide a safe, nurturing Christian environment for our children, families, and staff. The Assistant Director/Enrollment is responsible for assisting the Program Director in ensuring the health , safety and quality of education for all children in the center’s care. Under the direction of the Program Director, the Assistant Director collaborates with the staff to ensure that classroom activities are properly delivered, and that the needs of the students and the goals of the center are met appropriately. Requirements and Qualifications:
Assume duties of Program Director as needed Maintain compliance with state licensing standards and Health Department regulations Maintain proper staff/child ratios Follow center policies Process enrollment paperwork for new and existing families Meet with and welcome new families.
