Key Responsibilities:
As a core member of the Compensation Advisory team, you will: Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business partners, developing a deep understanding of client needs. Provide strategic and tactical guidance on all compensation matters including hiring, promotions, transfers, Off-Cycle adjustments and other ad hoc reviews. Conduct internal and external market analyses and summarize key insights for decision-makers. Support compensation processes including salary planning, budgeting, pay equity, and market intelligence. Create clear, data-driven presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint. Apply deep knowledge of market data, salary structures, bonus plans, and budget impact modeling. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Own end-to-end deliverables and client relationships with accountability and professionalism. Act as the “right hand” to the Compensation Partner Lead providing subject matter expertise and support. Communicate with integrity, discretion, and consistency across all interactions.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in large, matrixed organizations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with macros/VBA is a plus. Strong analytical acumen and ability to distill complex data into actionable insights. Comfortable using web-based tools and external vendor platforms. Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Passionate about simplification, process improvement, and driving efficiencies. Quick learner with a proactive mindset and a willingness to challenge norms. Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and team spirit. A natural affinity for data, a strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
