Full Job Description Compensation Manager Location:

Nashville, TN The Compensation Manager will participate in all aspects of compensation administration, planning and analysis for the company. Support compensation-related projects, providing analytical support and project management in the delivery of compensation solutions.

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES

Participate in the development, review, implementation, and administration of new/revised compensation programs. Advise management on pay actions including merit increases, promotions, and external job offers. Assist in maintaining the Company’s short and long-term incentive programs. Participate in the development, review, implementation, and administration of new/revised compensation programs. Research, compile and analyze market pay practice and wage/salary data to identify industry trends. Recommend changes to compensation policies and programs and prepare cost projections. Responsible for completing compensation projects with limited supervision. May act as a project lead in one or more annual compensation processes. Assist with any required communication and change management related to the administration of current plans or the revision or creation of new compensation programs. Support internal business leaders by researching and responding to questions, interpreting policies, and otherwise assisting with compensation-related issues. Conduct and participate in market surveys.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Compensation experience preferred Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills preferred Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word Analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, HR or equivalent 3+ years’ experience in HR, Finance, or a related analytical field
