Provide leadership in creating competitive and innovative programs designed to attract, integrate, and retain employee talent essential to achieving business objectives. This includes, but is not limited to, functional oversight and/or collaboration on base compensation, executive compensation, incentive plans, performance-based merit plans and compensation compliance. Advise Senior Management of trends and developments in compensation benefits. ‍ •Open to candidates located in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX or Knoxville, TN areas.

Essential Responsibilities:

Support and work with Senior Management to design, implement, and successfully administer compensation, incentive, equity, and other pay for performance programs that support the Company’s strategies, business objectives and talent acquisition and retention goals. Counsel HR business partners and/or management in all areas of compensation to include market analysis, administration, policies, and legal/regulatory developments related to monetary and non‐monetary forms of compensation. Assist Senior HR management in the design, and coordination and implementation of the annual merit review process including managing overall salary increases within budget and coordination across business units. Direct and oversee the quarterly bonus plans’ allocation process and the development of all related communications, materials, etc. and ensure equity in competitiveness in the overall total compensation program. Direct and manage the long‐term stock incentive program including all communications, reports, etc. Develop policies and procedures for the development and maintenance of an equitable wage and salary structure. Determine total compensation survey process including determination of which surveys to participate in, which to purchase and whether to conduct specialized surveys. Establish policies and procedures for creation of job descriptions and determination of salary levels for all positions.

Other Functions:

Special projects as requested. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

5 + years progressive experience in compensation, including a minimum of 3 years managerial experience. Strong interpersonal skills, and the knowledge of financial analysis and quantitative methods acquired through formal education or on‐the‐job application. Proficient Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills required. Performance Management experience a plus. Experience using HR Management systems required; Workday experience preferred. Ability to multi task, be detailed oriented, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of leadership. Service oriented with ability to quickly and efficiently prioritize competing priorities. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
