$145k Hybrid Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required (additional relevant experience may substitute year-for-year). Minimum 7 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, Finance, or HR functions within a complex organization. Proven experience managing staff and external vendors. Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in HR metrics and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Lead a team managing daily operations of compensation, benefits, retirement, relocation, and leave programs-ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery. Oversee salary and incentive compensation administration; support design and evaluation of short-term incentive plans. Contribute to benefits projects, including renewals, vendor negotiations, and plan compliance. Manage retirement plans (401(k) and non-qualified), including audits and compliance; serve on the retirement steering committee. Administer employee relocation and leave programs, ensuring regulatory adherence and smooth execution. Ensure compliance with the Service Contract Act (SCA) and maintain audit-ready documentation. Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and job evaluations to ensure competitive compensation structures. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal to align Total Rewards with broader talent strategies. Monitor budgets, generate reports, and provide financial insights for decision-making. Lead communication efforts to ensure employee understanding of rewards programs. Conduct audits and identify process improvement opportunities across all Total Rewards functions. Leverage analytics and Excel to monitor performance and deliver data-driven insights. Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory updates to maintain competitive and compliant programs.
