We’re seeking a Traveling Executive Director to provide leadership and operational support across our communities in the Tampa and Jacksonville regions of Florida. In this unique and rewarding role, you’ll: Provide temporary or extended leadership to communities during transitions (e.g., vacancies, vacations, or leaves of absence). Collaborate closely with Regional Vice Presidents to support high-priority projects. Step into multi-faceted responsibilities including supervision, training, regulatory compliance, and direct resident care when needed. Ensure operational excellence aligned with our core values and strategic goals—enhancing resident satisfaction, associate engagement, occupancy, and culture. A.) from four-year college or university and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements Must have a valid driver license and access to a private vehicle for business use. Must be licensed according to state requirements. Position is 100% travel; must be able to travel by air on company business, as required by the responsibilities and expectations of the job. Schedule will require ten (10) days worked followed by four (4) days off. Management/Decision Making Uses strong analytic skills and an in-depth understanding of the organization and the business in order to handle arising problems and issues. Makes recommendations regarding overall business improvement and function of community. Knowledge and Skills Has an advanced knowledge of the organization, industry, and a functional discipline. Extensive understanding of technical areas gained through experience and used to complete and/or oversee assignments. Familiarity with Microsoft software preferred.
