About the Role We are seeking a 1099 Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Consultant to lead the development of a groundbreaking digital care ecosystem, including the implementation of HIPAA-compliant Virtual Reality (VR) solutions that improve the lives of seniors at home. What You’ll Do Lead the development and execution of the company’s health tech infrastructure roadmap Oversee the design, security, and implementation of Mixed Reality (MR) and VR tools for patient care Ensure HIPAA-compliant system integration , including secure data transmission and storage Build a scalable, interoperable backend system for VR, mobile apps, and companion tools Direct and manage external and internal development teams Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align technology with care delivery goals Translate technical requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions Who You Are 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology leadership , software engineering, or systems architecture Proven experience building and scaling HIPAA-compliant platforms , ideally in home health, telehealth, or digital care Skilled in cloud architecture, data security, and emerging tech (VR, AI, IoT, mobile apps) Strong understanding of EHR integrations , clinical workflows , and care coordination platforms Strategic thinker with a passion for aging, digital health, and care innovation Effective communicator with experience leading cross-functional engineering and product teams Preferred Qualifications Background in senior services, behavioral health, or home care Experience in secure, HIPAA-compliant data architecture Familiarity with clinical workflows and care coordination Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Public Health, or related field Apply Now This is more than a job—it’s a once-in-a-generation chance to shape the future of aging.
