$46.3K – $53.5K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Mid-level Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Bachelor’s degree 4 years Full Job Description Department Title IX Office | University Health Services Building Responsibilities Exercises sound judgment and critical thinking during the intake, informal resolution, and formal investigation of sexual misconduct, relationship violence, stalking, and complaints and in generating strategies and/or recommendations for the resolution of complaints. Conducts thorough, reliable, prompt, fair, and impartial investigations of complaints. Maintains timely communication with all parties and community stakeholders, as appropriate. Acts as a neutral party throughout all aspects of the investigation and ensure a prompt, fair, and impartial process for all parties. Compiles clear, concise, and comprehensive investigations reports. Maintains a high level of confidentiality during all aspects of the intake, investigation, and resolution of complaints. Supervises the intake, processing, and resolution of Title IX complaints, including overseeing investigators and ensuring timely case management. Assists the Title IX Program Director with overseeing prompt, effective, intake, alternative resolution investigation, processing, and timely resolution of all student misconduct made known to responsible employees and/or reported or filed by students, faculty, employees, third parties, or by members of the broader community. Develops and implements training and onboarding for Title IX Investigators; works collaboratively with other University areas with investigatory responsibilities; assigns initial remedial actions or supportive measures as necessary; and determines appropriate resolution timelines. Supports the University-based strategic efforts aimed at the prevention of sexual violence and provide guidance and assistance to alleged student victims of sexual violence and including referral to support resources and notice of right to file internal and external grievances. Assists the Title IX Director with coordinating University Title IX efforts including: the development, implementation, and monitoring of appropriate policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with federal and state law in the sexual misconduct arena; representing the University on student Title IX related matters within the University and to external agencies; and coordinating compliance with reporting obligations imposed by applicable state and federal laws. Represents the Title IX Department and serves in the absence of the Title IX Director. Serves on division and/or University committees as assigned. Assumes other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and four years of experience related to an administrative services; or a high school diploma/equivalent and eight years of experience. (
