If so, apply today! Join a global aerospace company as a Customer Account Specialist, where you’ll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and accountable for all customer-facing activities and duties, including but not limited to; P.O-review, bookings, RMA’s, credits, reports, follow-up, and relationship-management. Customer Account Specialist Job Duties:

Manage all aspects of aftermarket customer accounts, including quoting, repair order review, order entry, credit and return processing, reporting, status updates, and issue resolution. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Trade Compliance to ensure all customer requirements and commitments are fulfilled. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service processes and performance. Maintain and follow documented Standard Work procedures, and provide training and guidance to team members as needed.

Pay:

$23.00-35.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00AM-4:30

PM Customer Account Specialist Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), Customer Service, Inside Sales, or the Aerospace industry.
