Orlando, Florida onsite Any Visa – W2 Only Job Description Should be able to identify and document current processes, analyze them and suggest a future state and have a buy in from the end user community Outline user requirements and functionalities and develop the data model along with the business. Work with the Solution Architect / Offshore Project Manager to define and drive validation strategies.

Contribute to building thought Leadership and Brand Equity for the Consulting Practice by writing Articles, White Papers and Participate in Industry forum. Should have worked in the Retail Apparel industry for at least 12+ years. Experience in being part of IT Projects in an enterprise environment preferably in PLM implementations. Expert in Merchandising & Design, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Materials Management of Retail, Footwear and Apparel business. Logical mindset with proven analytical ability is a must for this role. You should have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A self-starter who can work independently without direct supervision. Functional knowledge of Flex PLM is
