Inclusion and Belonging Specialist Summary :

Responsible for the identification, coordination, and implementation of inclusion and belonging (I&B) strategies that focus on advancing a culture of inclusion across the BayCare Health System. Develops impactful initiatives that support I&B principles and evaluates their effectiveness in key areas such as training and education, inclusive leadership, and organizational cultural fluency. Provides guidance and support to team members in removing barriers and fostering an environment where all feel valued and included. Contributes to both the daily execution and long-term planning of I&B priorities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 3+ years of experience in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, or related roles.
