We are looking for an experienced Office Specialist II for the Baptist Heart Specialists office located at Baptist South. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity Monday through Friday.
This Office Specialist II will have onsite parking, great benefits, and a teamwork environment. This manager is a very hands on and attentive manager. The hours for this position are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday. Some travel to other locations is required when needed.
The Office Specialist II for Baptist Heart Specialists will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system.
Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist II may include:
Patient registration
Check in and check out
Scanning documents
Posting charges and payments
Telephone protocols
Assisting patients as needed
