EMPLOYEE.

In collaboration with the Staff Development Nurse and members of the leadership team, you will lead, organize and direct employee hiring, on-boarding, training and development, performance management, and most importantly, employee relations and culture. The Employee Experience Officer (EEO) is an integral part of the management team under the supervision of the Regional Director of Operations with support from the HR team and the Community Administrator(s).

Qualifications:

Minimal of 18 years of age High School diploma with a two-year degree preferred Experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred.
