Description The Rehab Office Specialist is a non-licensed employee who has completed on-the-job training. Responsible for greeting, registering, and scheduling patients. In addition to answering the telephone, preparing daily charges, filing, entering new patient referrals into Cerner and WebPT, and managing the daily requirements for the office, this position will cover the front desk during the week, with hours and days occasionally fluctuating to cover vacations and illness
