DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision provides clerical, telephone, program and administrative support to the programs and efforts of the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Department, and other departments of LifeFit Wellness Services as directed. Specific job duties include but are not imited to processing referral order, insurance verification, tracking and posting charges, event and service scheduling, office work flow, quality and productivity report production, data compilation, information research, physician correspondence and reporting facilitation, and special event planning and support.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Computer data entry skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Publisher and Outlook a must.
Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.
Experience with assistance in program development and marketing preferred.
