An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Relevant areas and experience may include public health, higher education, social work, counseling, psychology, law, communication, gender studies and community organizing/advocacy. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time . Special Conditions The department is especially interested in candidates with a Master’s degree. Prior experience implementing sexual violence prevention and education programs for young adults desired. Finalist will be required to give a presentation on topic to be determined. Additional Position Information Benefits of Employment (Applies to full-time, non-police employees only) Job Duties Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for designing and implementing a Title IX primary prevention program that includes educational trainings, empowerment initiatives and informational campaigns related to gender-based and intimate partner violence, sexual assault, stalking and sexual harassment for university students, faculty and staff. Duties & Responsibilities Facilitate delivery of audience-specific small and large group presentations, workshops and training seminars on prevention-related issues and strategies such as consent and bystander intervention. Duties & Responsibilities Serve as campus expert on sexual violence through research and identification of emerging issues and opportunities, higher education service models and prevention trends. Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with student organizations and groups as an advisor and mentor for student-led programs and activities related to consent, bystander intervention, sex education, sexual health and positive social norms. Duties & Responsibilities Partner with various university departments, divisions and community stakeholders to plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based Title IX prevention strategies and programming, best practices and policies for promoting a healthy culture of individual and collective responsibility and respect. Key university partners will include Student Affairs, Title IX Prevention Taskforce, Counseling Center, Office of Legal Counsel, Athletics, Residence Life, and Student Health Center. Duties & Responsibilities Collect program data and participant feedback through the use of campus surveys, assessments and evaluations. Maintain accurate statistical information and analyze data to ensure efficacy and impact of prevention efforts. Provide reports and information to campus stakeholders utilizing collected data, feedback and findings.
