We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Partner Administrator to join our team and support the administration of HR-related programs and projects within an assigned college, school, department, division, center, or institute.
Position Summary As a Human Resources Partner Administrator, you will serve as a key liaison between your assigned unit and the Office of Human Resources, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of HR processes. You will provide administrative support for faculty, staff, and trainees, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Administer HR-related programs and projects for assigned units in coordination with the Office of Human Resources.
Act as the primary liaison to the Office of Human Resources and/or the Dean’s Office for administrative HR transactions.
Support and coordinate departmental HR actions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAB policies.
Process HR paperwork efficiently and accurately to support faculty, staff, and trainees.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist with onboarding, position management, and other HR administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience:
One (1) year of related HR or administrative experience.
