DOE What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
Own the offer and approval workflow from start to finish
Manage onboarding documents and internal communications
Maintain applicant flow and track referrals, bonuses, and relocation
Route resumes and maintain applicant tracking documentation
Support job postings, invoice processing, and recruitment reporting

Considered:
2+ years in an administrative support role
Strong Excel skills and ease navigating multiple software platforms
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment
Confident communicator who follows through without needing to be asked twice

Bachelor’s degree
HR, recruiting, or onboarding support experience a plus
Prior experience with UKG, Deltek, or a similar system preferred
