POSITION SUMMARY
The Workforce Development Programs and Students Coordinator manages time, scheduling, and communication with Earn & Learn students and department administration, oversees after hours scheduling and placement for Nurse Apprentices, coordinates student clinical assignments across the organization and corresponds with partnering schools, facilitates orientation for students, assists with teaching/coaching employees in Pathways to Advancement, participates in recruiting events for students and advancement programs, and collects, tracks, and reports data/metrics of workforce development programs.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education High School Diploma Minimum Experience 1-2 years of experience in healthcare setting. Required Registration/License/Certification N/A Preferred Education Associate’s degree Preferred Experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs Preferred Registration/License/Certification N/A Other Requirements N/A
