We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Clerk / Administrative Assistant with a strong accounting background to support our Human Resources and Accounting departments. This temporary position will assist with data entry, managing large databases, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. includes, but are not limited to, the following: Perform data entry for HR and accounting systems with a high degree of accuracy Assist in managing and maintaining employee records Process and track invoices, expense reports, or payroll documentation Support HR functions such as onboarding documentation and file audits Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and large data sets Provide general administrative support to HR and Accounting teams Handle confidential information with integrity Job Requirements of a
HR CLERK/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or accounting support role Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets and formulas High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
