Full-Time Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the HR department’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective HR processes. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Prepare new hire documentation, coordinate onboarding, and conduct orientations Manage employee benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and terminations Provide ad-hoc payroll information to the Accounting team and ensure accuracy in timesheet submissions Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide support on policies and procedures Track employee absences, leaves, and ensure compliance with company policies Support performance management processes including appraisals and training coordination Maintain HR documents and reports, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Assist with organizing employee engagement events and initiatives Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the
Director of Human Resources Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in an HR assistant, administrative or coordinator role Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
