Full Job Description Overview:
Provide administrative & operational support to the food & nutrition department. Maintain personnel files, perform all HR functions within the department ,Schedule all training and meetings, answer phones, and any other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:
Education/Licensure/Certifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience:
Prior supervisory experience preferred. Intermediate computer skills required.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication and customer service skills required. Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to solve problems independently. Must be knowledgeable of and able to follow the standards of federal, state and regulatory agencies for accounting principles and regulations. Must be able to properly identify patients and maintain confidentiality. Must complete the following Huntsville Hospital classes through Corporate University within six months: Just Culture, Top Employment Traps for Managers, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People in Healthcare, Workplace Professionalism, Selecting the Right Employees, Personal Style Indicator.
