Position Summary
This non-supervisory position supports the College’s Human Resources functions by maintaining records, preparing documents, handling inquiries, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding, requiring stronganizational,munication, and customer service skills.

Salary Schedule:

L, up to 19 hours per week
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to, the following:
Receive students, visitors, potential applicants, and college personnel promptly and courteously and provide information.
Answer telephone, take and retrieve messages.
Assist in processing employment forms and other documents. Respond to employment inquiries by phone or written correspondence.
Assist in maintaining the filing and scanning all personnel and search files as determined by the Director.
Maintain strict confidentiality of departmental and employee information.
Maintain appropriate working hours.
Assist with other Human Resources related office duties.
Assume other professional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma.
Two (2) years of clerical experience.
Proficient in the use ofputers andputer software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution.
One (1) year of human resources experience.
