Key Responsibilities Accounting Duties:

Prepare and input monthly journal entries for accounting transactions Reconcile and analyze employee credit card purchases Process and mail weekly accounts payable checks Maintain vendor W-9s Assist with recording cash receipts and provide audit backup Prepare monthly financial statements and budgetary comparisons Support the preparation of the annual budget Perform other duties as assigned by the

President/CEO Human Resources Duties:

Maintain job descriptions, job openings, and recruiting sources Assist with accurate HR file management and documentation Conduct new hire orientation and assist with employee inquiries Process payroll and support employees with payroll-related questions Support special event planning and execution Perform other duties as assigned by the President/CEO Qualifications Bachelor’s or associate degree in accounting, human resources, or related field preferred 2-5 years of accounting experience (nonprofit experience preferred) Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop required 2 years’ experience in payroll processing or human resources (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and attend special events Ability to lift up to 15 lbs as needed Why Work with Us?
