We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Administrator for our location in Tuscaloosa, AL.

Pay Rate:

$16.00 per hour

Schedule Hours:

7:00 am – 3:00 pm (Monday-Friday)

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Recruiting, hiring and onboarding Assisting in orientation of new employees Assisting manager with payroll Scheduling Typing up memos Assist in plant safety inspections Other administrative duties as requested.

Job Requirements:

1 to 3 years of previous recruiting experience Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload. Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization. Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
