Position Summary:

Under the guidance and direction of the People Services Director, the People Services Generalist is responsible for enhancing department functions by planning, implementing and developing training, onboarding, and employee orientation programs, the administration of employee benefits, payroll administration, and answering employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred 3 to 4 years of healthcare experience preferred Previous experience in HR or HR related field a plus Excellent computer skills to include Excel (formulas), Word, PowerPoint Must have excellent written skills
