We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing team and organization. This vital role ensures HR processes run smoothly by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and general administrative support for the HR department. Key Responsibilities :
New Hire Orientation & Onboarding Coordinate monthly new hire orientation: schedule space, trainers, and track attendance Facilitate and proctor orientation sessions Support off-cycle onboarding and update departments on new hire progress HR Operations, Training Compliance & Certification Manage our Relias Learning Management System (LMS): user setup, training compliance, and certification tracking Maintain trainer rosters and manage logistics for external training Administer and proctor Medication Certification exams Program Development & Facilitation Develop and deliver training aligned with organizational goals Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and collaboration Create training content, including manuals and e-learning modules Facilitate sessions on topics such as PMT, OSHA, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Safe Swallowing Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements Professional Development & Retention Support Support staff in developing career paths and growth opportunities Identify and promote learning and development opportunities organization-wide
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or training/development roles Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Relias) preferred
