$25.00 to $30.00 an hour By adhering to Connecticut State Law, pay ranges are posted. The pay rate will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge of position and comparison to others who are already in this role within the company. is a Management Service Organization that supports a large multi-specialty practice of providers. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator who will be working in Branford Monday through Friday 8:30am through 5:00pm. Summary The HR Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of Human Resources by performing a variety of administrative functions related to the daily workflow of HR needs. This position performs a wide variety of duties and responsibilities in a manner that places emphasis on excellent customer service. This position must exemplify the core values of the organization, always exercising utmost discretion, diplomacy and tact in patient/staff interactions. Essential Functions Works with all HR staff and managers to ensure all tasks in the areas of HR are complete or organized and planned to get done. Handles all recruiting aspects of the full recruiting life cycle including but not limited to database management, organizing and preparing for new hire orientation, reviewing resumes, making offers, and ensuring new hires complete the new hire paperwork. Ensures all databases for HR including HRIS and time system are current and accurate Understands company benefits, assists and explains to employees benefits Serves as the HR point person for initial questions and inquiries to either resolve or direct the employee to the person that can resolve the issue. Reviews timecard for payroll purposes and reviews payroll to ensure all aspects of HR are addressed and completed. Assist in planning employee recognition initiatives Travel between offices may be required. Maintains all new hire orientation materials.
