If so, then Spectrum’s Recruiting Coordinator role may be the right fit for you. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide essential support to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates across all stages of the recruiting process. This role ensures a smooth, compliant, and candidate-friendly hiring experience. How You’ll Make an Impact Schedule interviews and help manage requisition workflows Create, assign and routes requisitions for approval Serve as a back-up to Recruiters for processing and administering of hiring documents Monitor candidates through background and onboarding to ensure timely completion Facilitate travel requests, accommodations & reimbursements for candidates Monitor candidate and requisition workflows to ensure compliance with company policies, practices, and applicable laws Provide ad hoc reporting and support for special projects Audit requisitions to ensure EEO and OFCCP compliance; perform other duties as required What You’ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education High school diploma Experience 2+ years experience providing recruiting, human resources, or administrative support Skills Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and independence in daily task Can maintain/manage confidentiality of personal and sensitive information. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management and multitasking in fast-paced settings Preferred Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or related work Experience Prior applicant tracking system (ATS) experience Working Conditions Office environment Here, employees don’t just have jobs, they build careers.
