Recruiting Coordinator Position Summary Our client is seeking aRecruiting Coordinator to provide support to their HR recruitmentteam due to exponential company growth! Core Responsibilities Actas liaison between recruiters and candidates during the recruitmentlifecycle Manage job postings across ATS and external job boards(LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.) Support offer preparation,background check initiation, and new hire processes Partner withthe Lead Recruiters to enhance recruitment workflows Workcross-functionally to advance broader talent acquisition objectivesContribute to special recruitment projects as needed Qualifications& Attributes Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, or relatedfield); equivalent experience considered Prior Recruitingexperience is ideal (even if via internships) Experience with ATSand or HRIS Exceptional organizational skills and attention todetail Excellent communication skills Eager, adaptable, and willingto learn on the fly!
