Part-time HR Assistant Our client is a leading provider oflogistics, transportation, and storage solutions. They are seekinga passionate and dynamic HR Specialist to join their team. Theprimary focus will be on managing the recruitment process, fromsourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This position isonsite in Norwalk and will be roughly 20hrs/week
KeyResponsibilities:
Manage all requisitions using the ApplicantTracking System Screen resumes, conduct light phone screenings ofcandidates and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managersHandle onboarding paperwork and processes Posting job openings andmanaging applications Scheduling interviews with hiring managersand coordinating schedules Facilitating communication betweencandidates and hiring managers Assisting with the completion ofonboarding paperwork for new hires Collaborating with the HR teamto identify recruitment needs and strategies
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of recruiting experience Technical proficiency withHRIS systems is helpful; being tech-savvy is essential Experiencewith social media platforms for recruitment purposes Passion forrecruiting and HR; must be enthusiastic and proactive INJUN2025
