Full-Time / Monday – Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The essential function of the position is to manage and oversee human resource processes and services. The position is responsible for planning, training, managing payroll and benefits, assisting with administration of court programs, serving as ADA Coordinator, managing recruitment process, ensuring policy and regulation compliance, development of human resource processes, and preparing personnel paperwork and reports.

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED

Manages human resource programs and services such as employee relations, job classification, pay and benefits; ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws and state and local policies and regulations;
Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of new employees;
Develops and oversees training and staff development;
Oversees the time and attendance system for employees;
Provide direction to management regarding employee disciplinary measures;
Serve as the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator for the circuit and coordinate accommodations;
Develop and oversee internship program for the circuit; and Complete personnel paperwork, collect data, and prepare reports.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, business management, social science, or closely related field.
Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis.

EXPERIENCE

Five years of related professional work experience, including two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Additional relevant education may substitute for the recommended experience on a year-for-year basis.
