Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, and training development. This position requires a strong understanding of employment labor laws and human capital management principles to ensure compliance and promote a positive workplace culture. Duties Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Support succession planning initiatives by identifying and developing internal talent for key positions. Collaborate with management to design and implement effective organization design strategies. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Facilitate training development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Maintain accurate employee records using HR software such as Ceridian or Oracle. Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout all HR practices. Provide support for human resources management initiatives, including employee engagement activities. Requirements Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field.
