AssociateResponsibilitiesPosition Overview:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, filing, and data entry. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling orientations, and coordinating background checks. Support HR initiatives such as employee relations, performance management, and training programs. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related questions. Help with the coordination of HR events, meetings, and employee engagement activities. Generate HR reports and assist with data analysis as needed. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role. strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday) is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. A collaborative team player with a strong customer service orientation.
