12-hour shifts, variable schedule Position Summary The Staffing Coord-Workforce Specialist maximizes MultiCare’s labor resource efficiently through the end-to-end cycle that begins with schedule creation, continues during the proactive work to fill open shifts, and throughout the precise placement of scheduled staff. The overall objective of the Staffing Coord-Workforce Specialist is to drive the coordination of all scheduled staff to ensure correct staffing levels are matched with the most appropriate resources available, in order to provide quality patient care while exercising stewardship. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
