Human Resources Administrative Assistant 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 1700 Education Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 The HR Administrative Assistant provides vital support to the HR department by performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This entry-level role serves as a first point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance, helping maintain accurate records and assisting with processes such as pre-hire requirements, onboarding, compliance tracking, and audit preparation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
