Summary The Employee Support Associate is responsible for supporting the employee experience and ongoing lifecycle management. Providing timely and exceptional customer service to our employees. Responsible for data entry of employee records with an overall focus on data collection and data integrity. Supports the employee with a primary focus on customer service while representing professionalism within all relationships.

Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:

Deliver excellent customer service experience to employees Enter all new hire information to employee record in HRM system ensuring accuracy Process data entry updates of personal data, and job data changes Process terminations according to state specific requirements to ensure compliance Serve as primary contact for employee issues, and resolve payroll and policy issues with a goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution Partner with HR, Payroll and Operations Leadership to resolve employee issues Use Salesforce case management tool for supporting employee phone and email inquires

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to engage employees and establish relationships. Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of a group. Ability to work in a changing environment and adapt to the needs of the business. Excellent communication and relationship building skills Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, meet deadlines and goals Thorough knowledge of business policies and human resource practices Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong partnerships with all internal customers Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and personal credibility Action and detail oriented; able to prioritize while handling multiple tasks Quick and strong decision-making skills

Job Requirements:

2 + years’ experience in a customer service-related position Associates degree or two years of applicable experience in customer service BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, and Accounting preferred Strong work ethic, personal integrity and character, positive attitude Four (4) in-office workdays per week and the option to work remote OR in office on fifth (5th) day
