Job Description

Human Resources Coordinator 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 100 North Laura Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202 We are seeking a dynamic HR Professional to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving our talent acquisition strategy and enhancing our HR operations. The position sits onsite 5 days a week at our 100 N Laura office in downtown Jacksonville.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:

Conduct application review and initial phone screening for various positions.

Onboarding:

Assist with onboarding and bi-weekly new hire orientations.

HR Administration:

Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing HR announcements via SharePoint, and confidential data management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of HR experience Understanding of recruitment strategies and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work onsite and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
