JOB SUMMARY

Your Flight Plan! The Human Resource Coordinator, will support the daily operations and activities of the HR Department, including but not limited to facilitating the recruitment process, coordinating the onboarding of new hires, conducting orientation, creating invoices, and maintaining records for payroll processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

:_ Ready to Fly! _ Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Maintains confidential records and prepares reports. Provides support to new hire throughout on-boarding process, including processing background checks and drug tests, conducting I-9 verifications, and compiling all required HR new hire forms. Supports the recruitment activities by preparing and posting job ads online, helping with resume screening and scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate data base, and following up with candidates with shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails. Responsible for managing company reviews. Responsible for posting on CAM Network (Social Media) two times a week. Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions. Manage the faxes and distribute each appropriately. Prepares new employee files and files documents appropriately. Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. Sends weekly reports to HR team including, New Hire Orientation and monthly Service Call. The HR Coordinator has no supervisory responsibilities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

: The Wingspan Needed! High School Diploma or related field and/or equivalent experience. At least two years related experience required. Occasional travel may be required
