Position Summary:
This position is responsible for workingclosely with the Recruiting team, assisting with any and all stepsin the recruitment and selection process, and otherapplicant/employee-related HR functions.
Essential Functions:
? Responsible for assisting the Recruitment Team with therecruitment and selection process: o Scheduling, testing, and following-up with applicants; assistingwith applicant screening, searching, and selection; coordinatingcandidate travel as well as preparing and sending out offer lettersand rejection letters. o Assist the recruiting team with maintaining applicant data inSuccess factors, applicant tracking system; This includes assistingwith monitoring and regularly updating data/information for hiringmanagers and recruitment staff, typing and entering questionnaires,as well as attaching interview notes and applicants? test scores,and entering criminal background check information for properdocumentation and audit trails. o Manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process,from scheduling interviews to bringing new employees on board; ? Monitors the HR Recruitment mailbox; responds to inquiries and/orassigns to the appropriate team; serve as backup for other HRsupport staff as needed. ? Compile and process expense reports for Recruiting team. ? Tracking for Employee Referral Program, liaising with payroll forpayment releases. ? Conducts daily administrative activities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,Word) ? Ability to prioritize workload, plan, organize, and coordinatemultiple tasks and projects ? Analytical skills and ability to use problem-solvingtechniques ? Strong attention to detail and ability to be accurate ? Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing ? Ability to deal appropriately with confidential information ? Demonstrated skill at working in a team-oriented, collaborativeenvironment with a strong customer service orientation
Required Education:
? Associates degree in field with transferable skills to positionOR two years relevant experience OR a combination of college andrelevant experience equivalent to two years AND ? 2 or more years of experience in administrative work in acorporate setting. Additional post secondary education maysubstitute for require experience on a year to year basis
Preferred Qualifications:
? 2 or more years of HR recruiting-related experience in eitheragencies or in a corporate environment ? Bachelors degree ? PHR Certification (preferred but not required) ? Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems ? Experience working with temporary staffing agencies and/orproperty insurance industry
Physical Requirements:
