This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in human resources or recruitment. We’re looking for someone who is a strong communicator, thrives on scheduling and logistics , and is ready to learn. We are not seeking a senior-level recruiter or people manager . This role is perfect for someone with some administrative or coordination experience —or the right attitude and a willingness to be trained.

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities Interview Scheduling :

Coordinate interview logistics for candidates and hiring managers, sending invitations and follow-ups through our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Candidate Communication :

Serve as a main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, confirmations, and answers to common questions.

Job Posting Support :

Assist with posting open positions and tracking applicant progress through our system.

Onboarding Assistance :

Help prepare materials for new hires, assist with I-9 entry, and support first-day logistics.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping :

Ensure accurate records are maintained within the ATS and HR systems.

Administrative Support :

Provide general support to the recruiting team and hiring managers as needed.

Candidate Experience :

Help create a welcoming, smooth, and professional experience for all applicants. What We’re Looking For Prior experience in an administrative, HR, recruiting, or scheduling-focused role is a plus—but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and working across teams Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow in the recruiting and onboarding space Proficiency with Microsoft Office is helpful Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus, but not required—we will train you Why Work at Brooks Building Solutions?
