As our Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll be a key support to the HR team and the wider organization. You’ll help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly while also gaining hands-on experience in multiple areas of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and employee engagement. HR Director What You’ll Do:
Support HR operations and administration, including maintaining employee records and HR systems Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes Help administer benefits and respond to employee questions Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company culture efforts Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Jump in on special projects and process improvements as needed
