Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive iSolved HR Administrator to join our growing HR team. This role will support and enhance the iSolved platform for internal teams, focusing on configuration, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support for payroll, timekeeping, applicants tracking and HR functions. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless functionality of the iSolved platform, leading implementations, troubleshooting complex issues, managing system builds, and contributing to process improvements. This position is ideal for someone with a strong payroll/HRIS background who thrives in a client-facing, problem-solving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the platform expert and administrator for iSolved, including payroll, timeattendance, workflows, and accruals. Configure and audit iSolved setups for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Lead internal client implementations and onboarding, including data conversion, parallel testing, and go-live support. Troubleshoot system issues related to payroll, timecards, time clocks, and integrations. Provide training and documentation to internal staff and clients. Collaborate with Client Services and Implementation teams to support over 1,000+ users. Analyze and optimize existing workflows to improve accuracy and reduce manual processes. Act as a key contact for escalated issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions. Create and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports and dashboards using iSolved analytics tools to support business operations and client requests. Work with internal teams to identify reporting needs and translate them into actionable data outputs. Ensure data integrity and consistency across recurring reports, supporting audits and compliance requirements. Manage the integration of iSolved’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with employee onboarding data, ensuring accurate and streamlined data transfer from applicant to active employee status. Coordinate with HR and recruiting teams to optimize ATS configurations and reporting.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish is required. 3+ years of experience administering iSolved (payroll, timekeeping, HR modules). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in implementation, client support, or system configuration in a high-volume environment. Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data and systems auditing. Proficiency in building reports and dashboards within HRIS systems (iSolved preferred). Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
