Treasure Coast Community Health is a well-established and highly respected Federally Qualified Healthcare Center seeking a Human Resource (HR) Coordinator to join our team. Ther HR Coordinator will facilitate employee pre-hiring and onboarding. This position will answer phone calls, greet visitors, staff and patients, provide effective customer service in a friendly and professional manner. Post open job opportunities,and process employment applications. Assist the hiring supervisor in the scheduling of interviews, to fill vacant positions, prepare orientation folders, plan and conduct new employee orientation to fulfill regulatory requirements and to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Complete all onboarding tasks, facilitate new hire onboarding process, including reference verification, background screening and scheduling pre-hire drug tests. Complete I-9 Verifications and utilize the E-verify to confirm eligibility of employees to work in the United States. Conduct student and volunteer orientations. Compile and maintain employee personnel files in keeping with federal & state laws. Plan and coordinate employee events. High School diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in general office environment, previous data entry experience with demonstrated accuracy, Experience with general computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience in HRIS, preferred. Detailed verbal and written communication skills, process oriented individual with attention to detail required, Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information, Self-motivated, independent worker with efficient time management skills.
