Real Life Christian Church Position Summary:

Real Life Christian Church is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, salaried position reports directly to the HR Director and plays a vital role in supporting our Human Resources and other Business Services departments by providing administrative assistance, coordinating projects, and helping maintain a positive, efficient, and Christ-centered work environment. The Coordinator will work closely with staff across multiple departments. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and employee support, and helping manage special projects. In all tasks, the Coordinator models a spirit of servant leadership and demonstrates the love of Christ through excellent service. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and passionate about supporting a healthy and thriving ministry environment. Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Business Services departments. Coordinate and assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal communication processes. Maintain and organize confidential employee records and HR documentation. Schedule meetings, trainings, and special events as needed. Assist with internal employee support, helping to promote a positive workplace culture. Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and direct staff to appropriate resources. Qualifications:

Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to serving in a Christ-centered environment. Prior administrative or coordination experience, preferably in Human Resources or a related field. Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
