Administrative Coordinator (HR Department) Health Force 5276 Summerlin Commons Way, Fort Myers, FL 33907 Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk. Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed. Maintain and organize employee files and records Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and report generation. Assist with customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive experience. Assist Billing Manager with invoicing and electronic billing Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and presentable at all times. Manage office supplies and equipment Assist with new employee onboarding paperwork and orientation Requirements Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is preferred. Strong computer literacy Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
