Shift/Hours:
Monday – Friday (Business Hours)
Pay Range:
$18 – $19.00/hr DOE

Fort Myers, FL
Office Administrator Key Job Duties Include:
Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
Prepare and distribute agendas, memos, and meeting minutes
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations
Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees
Coordinate with IT department to resolve computer and network issues
Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Process expense reports and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
Greet and direct visitors and clients
Perform data entry and maintain databases
Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Skills Required:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative

Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, phone systems)

2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
