Monday•Friday, 8:30 AM•5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) Express Employment Professionals is seeking a tech-savvy, professional, and personable Receptionist for a well-established CPA firm in Cape Coral. This temp-to-permanent opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is ready to grow with a team that values precision, professionalism, and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and manage front desk reception area Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails Provide exceptional customer service and support Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Perform filing and general clerical duties Assist with tax return processing and document management Monitor and manage internal CM program Support Office Manager with administrative needs Help accounting staff with special projects Perform typing and word processing tasks Maintain a clean and professional office environment Play a key role in the transition to a paperless system

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Comfort and aptitude with technology and digital systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Prior experience in a front office, administrative, or receptionist role (preferred) A proactive, adaptable mindset ready to contribute to process improvements
