We bridge the gap between property owners, residents, and guests by providing professional marketing, leasing, and management services on their behalf. Who You Are You are our much-needed Part Time Administrative Wizard for our Human Resources Department located in our Lakewood Ranch office in Bradenton, Fl. Does the idea of being the behind-the-scenes superhero who saves the Director of Human Resources from drowning in a sea of minor-but-important tasks make you giddy? We’re on the hunt for a part-time Administrative Assistant who’s got the organizational skills of Martha Stuart and the cool-under-pressure vibes of a bomb defusal expert (but like, for benefits questions and fleet vehicle logs). Assist with benefits (because people love to ask questions right before open enrollment ends). Help keep payroll processes smooth (no one likes delayed paychecks – especially not us). Stay on top of fleet management so our vehicles stay on the road and off the “where is it now?” list. Track important calendar dates (because “Oops, we missed it” is not a great HR policy). And tackle whatever else pops up like a game of “Admin Whack-a-Mole” – but with grace and Post-it notes. The Magic A black belt in multitasking (figurative, but actual black belts welcome) The ability to organize chaos using only a spreadsheet and sheer determination A sense of humor (because HR can be hilarious… sometimes ) Confidentiality like a vault and communication like a pro Experience in admin/HR methods of madness (bonus points if you’ve ever explained a W-4 without crying) Education and Experience 2 years of experience with HR functions (benefits, payroll, onboarding) Minimum of an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree gets you extra confetti). A valid Florida Driver’s license is required with a clean driving record. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Microsoft Office Suite mastery (Word, Excel, Outlook, and the PowerPoint that lives rent-free in our nightmares) Familiarity with HR/payroll platforms (like ADP) Calendar scheduling sorcery (Outlook) Ability to navigate cloud storage (like SharePoint, Dropbox, or Google Drive) without asking, “Where did that file go?” Bonus points for experience with fleet management software Work Environment and Physical Demands Flexible days and hours under part-time requirements. Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period. Reach overhead and below the waist, regularly push, pull, and lift to 25 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds and bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist. Other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL AND DEXTERITY REQUIREMENTS

Position requires mostly sedentary work that will occasionally require walking or standing for brief periods of time. Requires sedentary work that involves sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time and may involve exerting up to fifteen (15) pounds of force occasionally to move objects, or considerable skill, adeptness, and speed in the use of fingers, hands or limbs in tasks involving repetitive motions and the use of standard office equipment. Great physical effort is not necessarily a part of the job, but long hours attending evening meetings or working on office-related matters may be required. Occasional travel out of town may also be necessary. Stamina is required to endure and resolve crisis-oriented work situations.
